Booking directly with ZS HAVEN Ltd can result in cost savings for both short- and long-term visits. Additionally, we offer 24/7 customer support to guarantee that any problems are handled effectively and promptly. To guarantee the highest levels of quality and safety, our premises are meticulously maintained and subject to routine inspections.

Pets are not permitted on any of ZS HAVEN Ltd.’s properties. With the exception of guiding and service animals, ZS HAVEN can make arrangements for any other pets. This regulation does not apply to guide or support animals, such as emotional support animals or guide dogs. Our reservations team is flexible on check-in times – please call ahead in advance and we will do our utmost to accommodate you. Please contact ZS HAVEN Ltd if you would like to keep your property after checkout time. A one-off charge of £20 will apply, subject to the apartment being available. Please let us know in advance if you would like to stay an extra night. We will need to confirm your booking and an extra payment will be collected on arrival. 48-hour notice of cancellation is free of charge. If you need to cancel within 48 hours or don’t give us any notice at all, we will charge 50% of the total booking price. We will charge 50% of the remaining stay to make up for the lost business. If a customer cancels their reservation, they will be liable for the entire cost of their stay. Any modifications or replacements to the reservation made with less than 48 hours’ notice will not be accepted. Those who disregard our cancelation policy may be denied service at our discretion.

Free parking is available to all of our clients at Dalia Estate, a safe parking lot with CCTV. Regular patrols of the parking lot and round-the-clock security video monitoring are conducted. We provide our clients with the assurance that their cars are secure and safe. In order to make sure that our customers are happy, we provide free parking.
